Aging isn’t just the passing of years. It’s the gradual imbalance between repair and growth.

The AMPK–mTOR Method™ offers a structured way to restore that balance—especially when it matters most.

This website offers essays and video segments that introduce the thinking behind the Method. Hard to Kill (the book) is where all the pieces come together - providing the complete, step-by-step Method roadmap with explanations, examples, FAQs, and case studies that show you how to easily put The AMPK-mTOR Method into practice in your own life.

Meet Strongevity

The essential companion booklet
